This villa was absolutely perfect for my stay in Caye Caulker. The location couldn't have been better — close to restaurants, shops, and the water taxi, yet still private. I didn't have any complaints with noise, it was still quiet in the evenings. The villa was clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making my stay effortless and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the island. I can't wait to come back!
Honestly, don't go by the pics. Unlike a lot of AirBnBs, the place has real furniture — not cheap IKEA stuff. It is way more spacious than I was expecting, a fantastic balcony, well-kitted kitchen etc. I can't wait to go back.

This is a beautiful place right in the heart of Caye Caulker. All activities and attractions can easily be reached on foot. Plenty of great restaurants for any occasion are right outside the door. A heads up — the central location comes with some noise until late at night.
Great location and beautiful views from the outside spaces!
This is a very nice condo — spacious, well-appointed, clean. Both decks are as advertised and offer expansive views. We just wished it had been in a quieter location. Being in the center of the village, the music from bars starts around 11am and doesn't stop until midnight. Bad on us for not doing more research in advance. The snorkeling, however, was truly a gorgeous, never-to-be-forgotten experience.
It's unfortunate that you found the area in the center of the business district to be at a noise level that's uncomfortable at times. Like many congested downtown areas all over the world, yes there can be some music. In three years of operating this condo, this is the first complaint I've had of noise being uncomfortable. Quieter parts of the island require a taxi or bicycle ride from the desirable areas — restaurants, bars, shopping, swimming.
Fantastic location and a really nice spacious apartment. There are 2 sea view terraces which add to the feeling of space. A very short walk to the boat taxi, surrounded by cafes and shops. Bright and cheerful, and the water pressure was fine despite being warned it is low on the island! Surprisingly quiet at night considering how central it is. Could not recommend more highly.
A wonderful place to stay. The house is complete with everything you need and more. Kyle is always available to meet the needs of guests, even in the face of unforeseen events, thanks also to the assistance of Angie, who provides immediate support on site.
Centrally located apartment only a few minutes from the water taxi terminal and a 5 minute buggy ride to/from the airport. Every good restaurant on the island was less than 5 blocks away and the grocery store next door was very convenient. The apartment was great — bigger than we thought — with two outside deck levels. We wish we had more time and would stay here again. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Caye Caulker. Loved the terrace. Busy action around, but not a problem drowning out noise at night. Plenty of room to be comfortable and everything you'd need to spend multiple days and nights.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caye Caulker Condos. Beautiful views and a super convenient location, close to everything but still peaceful. I happened to visit during Lobster Fest — unexpected but fun! Noise was bearable; earplugs would help if sensitive. The island is small, walkable, and easy to explore. Diving was great! Stephanie and Kyle were super helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here.

Stefanie's place blew our expectations out of the water! The location could not be better — in the heart of town, but still private. We found ourselves stopping by multiple times a day purely because it was convenient. There is so much to do nearby, but it was hard to even leave the condo with how spacious and homey it is. We loved the tall ceilings, full sized fridge, and of course the private patio and rooftop. The hosts were extremely responsive. When traveling, the place we stay is usually just a footnote, but this was truly a highlight! If we are ever back in Caye Caulker, we will 100% stay here again.

Had a great time in Caye Caulker and Stefanie's place was perfect. Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to get away from it. Very close to the water taxi — huge plus. Grocery store downstairs for any needs. The private rooftop balcony was definitely a highlight — perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Check-in was a breeze. The AC worked perfectly. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

This place was excellent through and through! In a prime location with great views, me and my girlfriend loved our stay and would come back without question. If you're visiting Caye Caulker, this would be the only place I would recommend you to stay!

Had a great time at Toucan Villas. The views from the outdoor spaces were amazing. AC worked well for how warm it was outside. Close to many restaurants and active parts of the island. The airbnb is right by the water taxi so it was very convenient. It made it very easy to find golf cart taxis to get to the island airport.

Fantastic place. Amazing location. The rooftop patios are amazing for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The place is right in the heart of the action, but still relaxing and private. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be looking to stay again when we come back.

Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a super convenient location. The apartment was cosy and peaceful even though it was located right on the main street and literally a 1 minute walk from the water taxi. Everything else was walkable. We were concerned the outdoor area wasn't private but I can confirm there was a great outdoor seating/patio area with lovely views across Caye Caulker.

If you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Caye Caulker, right in the midst of restaurants, bars and a short walk to the ferry terminal — this is the place for you. No need for golf buggy or bicycles. The apartment has everything you'll need, including beach towels. Nice to have your own terrace overlooking the hub of island life. Our hosts were very responsive and very flexible to our needs.
This place was perfect! It's a great location and the rooftop makes it even more special. You feel like you are living like a local with the amenities of a hotel. Stefanie was so great at communicating and even helped us book a really early golf cart transfer to the airport. Everything was perfect.

A beautiful BNB in a fantastic location! You could sit on the rooftop patio and watch the Main Street goings-on until you wanted to join in. Close the doors and it is nice and quiet inside, perfect for a rest or afternoon nap. So many places to eat/drink within a 2 minute walk — we couldn't get to all of them on a 10 day trip!

Stefanie's place was a godsend. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Finally after two years of Airbnb I was able to get a relaxing night's rest. The mattress was sooo comfortable.
We stayed in Caye Caulker for 2 weeks. It was absolutely lovely. The condo made us feel like we lived like a local (but better!). The pictures don't do the place justice. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there — the location is the best place on the island. Thank you Stefanie and Kyle!

We loved our stay here. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linen all super clean. Kitchen was really well equipped. My kids were happy with their sofa bed and choice of Netflix shows, whilst we got to relax on the terrace with a rum and coke. The location was great, right near the ferry terminal and all the bars and restaurants are on the doorstep.

Stefanie's place is really cute. Fantastic big shower. It is located right in the heart of the action and has 2 big decks. We spent most of our time out on the main one but the upstairs you can see the entire island. Stefanie was very attentive and took care of queries quickly. Location is convenient to everything.

The host does a great job with communication and is very quick to respond. The property is perfectly located for activity but not loud at all. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The views from the two patios are wonderful. We began every morning and ended every night on the top patio. Caye Caulker is such a neat place and this was the perfect home base.
This was an amazing find. So close and walkable to everything on the island. Private, secure and beautiful views with 2 decks — one for the sunrise and one for the sunsets. Highly recommend!!

This is probably the best location on the island in regards to getting anywhere you want to go. Restaurants, shops, convenience stores, bars, the split and strolls along the coastline. My wife and I absolutely loved Stefanie's condo. The roof top balcony is great for sunsets. There is a grill on the roof top as well. Fully stocked kitchen. CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We took the water taxi in and it was literally steps from the arrival dock — so convenient. We loved watching the locals play basketball from the top balcony and the action on the street. Air conditioning worked great. We cooked a lot of meals at the apartment and enjoyed using the blender for cocktails. Also, having a washer/dryer was so nice. The views of the island and ocean are panoramic!

We really enjoyed our first trip to Caye Caulker and staying at Toucan Villa was a big reason we had such a good time. Great location, close to everything. The patio has awesome ocean views — we spent many hours people watching and playing games. The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you need — not cluttered. Perfect size for two people. Host was very quick to respond. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a fantastic time at the Toucan Condo. Very comfortable with a fantastic location, and quiet and safe on the third floor. The views from the rooftop deck are amazing. I loved spending time up there. The condo is right in the middle of all the action — I walked to all the attractions. Stefanie was a terrific host — very communicative and my entire stay went smoothly.

This condo is a great option for a stay in Caye Caulker! I stayed 5 nights with my fiancé and we felt right at home. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the spacious decks provided nice spots to chill and people watch. This location is right in the middle of everything. I definitely recommend booking!

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and amazing views from the private roof terrace. Comfy seating and cushions were a bonus. Fast WiFi was strong enough to work remotely. All tech set up with everything you could need. Would have no problem recommending this place to future guests.

Everything was great with this property. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. Very easy to find as it is right off of the main strip. The view has to be the best view on the island. They have a 2 floor patio both with great views. I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful apartment with balcony centrally located on the island, a very short walk from the water taxi. Has everything you need — good wifi, kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer, and BBQ on the top floor private balcony. Owners were very communicative and promptly replied to every email. Was such a beautiful experience that I'd definitely recommend to anyone wanting to live the island life.
