Two water taxi companies serve Caye Caulker: Ocean Ferry (personally recommended by your host) and Belize Express. Please check their websites for current schedules and pricing. Small plane flights are also available through Maya Air from Belize City's Goldman Airport (Phillip Goldson International). The water taxi is a scenic and relaxing way to arrive.
Our cancellation policy is flexible, allowing changes up to 14 days before your arrival date for a full refund. We understand travel plans can change, so we aim to be as accommodating as possible. For bookings made through Airbnb, the cancellation policy listed on the Airbnb listing will apply.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. We can often accommodate early arrivals upon request — just reach out in advance and we'll do our best to have the condo ready early. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available depending on the schedule.
